If you have paid in full and have remaining treatments not rendered, or were financing a package, you may choose to complete your treatments at one of our other 5 clinics – Amarillo, Lubbock, El Paso, Midland or Corpus Christi. Arrangements can be made if traveling.
Alternately, you will be contacted within 30 days regarding a prorated refund if applicable. See calculations below:
Laser Hair Removal – neck and above
Total price ÷ 15 treatments = cost per treatment
Example 1:
You have received 2 full beard treatments
$2376 ÷ 15 treatments = $158.40 per treatment
$158.40 x 2 = $316.80
$2376 – $316.80 = $2059.20 refund
Example 2:
You have received 5 sideburns treatments
$1200 ÷ 15 treatments = $80 per treatment
$80 x 5 = $400
$1200 – $400 = $800 refund
Laser Hair Removal – shoulders and below
Total price ÷ 12 treatments = cost per treatment
Example 1:
You have received 10 underarm treatments
$1680 ÷ 12 treatments = $140 per treatment
$140 x 10 = $1400
$1680 – $1400 = $280 refund
Example 2:
You have received 3 back treatments
$2280 ÷ 12 treatments = $190 per treatment
$190 x 3 = $570
$2280 – $570 = $1710 refund
Groupon-Equivalent Clinic Purchases
Total price ÷ 6 treatments = cost per treatment
Example:
You have received 2 underarm treatments
$99 ÷ 6 treatments = $16.50 per treatment
$16.50 x 2 = $33
$99 – $33 = $66 refund
Microneedling or UltraSonic Facial Packages
Prorated refund for unused number of treatments
Example 1:
Purchased a package of 4 microneedling treatments and have used 2
$1600 ÷ 4 treatments = $400 per treatment
$2 x 400 = $800
$1600 – $800 = $800 refund
Example 2:
Purchased a package of 6 facials and have used 5
$756 ÷ 6 treatments = $126 per treatment
$126 x 5 = $630
$756 – $630 = $126 refund
